LlinxTM is a Web-based application that capitalizes on the speed and ease of the Internet. LlinxTM allows our customers to view up to the minute project information and budgets, review purchase orders and purchase order status, authorize purchase orders and examine cash requirements and vendor invoices online. In addition, the system includes:

  • Transaction management
  • Freight
  • Logistics and warehousing modules

Each member of the team can immediately access specific project information in real time.


The system allows suppliers to review their orders over the Internet. Key features include:

  • Secure delivery of The Parker Company purchase orders
  • Automatic acknowledgement of vendor's receipt of orders
  • Web-based vendor PO status updates
  • Instant notification of ship dates

Llinx is a voluntary software subscription. Vendors, at their option, can utilize the software and take advantage of the system efficiencies. Vendors are charged a subscription fee based on the volume and/or transactions through the system. Subscription is at the Vendor’s discretion and no vendor is required to participate. Vendors who utilize the software have identified significant savings through reduced overhead costs, and automation. Our contract clearly identifies the program and denotes that there are no costs whatsoever to the client.
